Brittany Ferries is the leading company for maritime transportation between this region and the United Kingdom. It offers daily overnight crossings from Portsmouth to St-Malo in high season (11 hrs; from €190 for a car and two passengers). Vessels also make the crossing from Plymouth to Roscoff, on Brittany's westernmost tip, up to two times daily: daytime trips take six hours, nighttime ones take nine (from €225 for a car and two passengers).
